Class Descriptions




This yoga class is ideal for anyone new to yoga and interested in its benefits. This beginner level  yoga sequence will help you build strength, increase flexibility and find focus. In this Vinyasa series, you will learn to link breath with movement. This Level 1  class is moderately paced so you will learn the fundamental  postures and principles that create a successful and effective yoga practice. Class is practiced in a warm room.


Hot Soul Vinyasa



You will move at a pace designed to build internal heat, engage and build core strength and focus on alignment and breath. This class is a faster pace, aerobic series, promoting deep and even breathing. Class is heated


Hot Power Yoga



Ready to sweat? Hot Power Yoga is a rigorous yoga class with demanding strength postures.  You  will be moving, breathing and sweating! True to its name, this series focuses on building and engaging your core strength to support you in more advanced postures. Strengthens, balances, and detoxifies the body and mind. Class is heated.


Broga Yoga



Broga is a yoga class geared for men. Strong, energetic,and challenging, Broga combines the best core-strengthening, muscle-toning, cardio-working, stress-reducing, clarity-enhancing yoga postures with functional fitness exercises for an amazing workout.


Barkan Method Yoga



The Barkan Method is a style of Hatha Yoga that originated from a lineage in Calcutta, India.  It also integrates postures from other styles of Yoga to create variations and even greater range of motion. The yoga classes are practiced in a heated room to stretch and strengthen various areas of the body. The practice brings vital balance and restores all systems to optimal health.  Consistency will create a physical, mental and spiritual harmony that will be felt in all areas of the practitioner’s life.

The class includes a 45-minute complete                                                                                                                    experience of Asana, 10 minutes of guided healing relaxation in Shavasana and 5 minutes of easy mediation.
